Warming Masala

Warming Masala feels like a companion for the colder months. This spice mix is one built on fennel, kalonji, ajwain, and fenugreek seeds. The herbs are sharp but balanced, designed to stoke digestive fire and clear ama, the toxins Ayurveda says can linger in the gut. This ama-clearing spice blend therefore works best with lentils, kitchari, and seasonal vegetables, offering lightness where heaviness usually sits.

A true warming masala builds reliability in the colder seasons, keeping digestion moving and supporting gut health. Taken daily, this feels like clearing the fog. The spice mix is subtle but effective, ancient yet practical.

  • Designed to strengthen digestive fire and clear toxins.
  • Adapted for autumn, winter, and spring Ayurvedic routines.
  • A warming masala that balances gut health without harshness.
