Grounding Masala
Grounding Masala feels like warmth that’s spreading on a cold morning. We are talking about that type that circulates slowly, reliably, without burning out. Coriander, fennel, cumin, and ginger come together in a grounding spice blend meant to steady digestion, especially when days are damp or the air feels sharp.
What stands out is the subtlety. Instead of an aggressive fire, this is a gentle lift, a circulation-boosting masala that clarifies without overwhelming.
Our Grounding Masala:
- Enhances circulation and supports digestive fire.
- Provides heat without excess for everyday comfort.
Ayurveda has long used warming spice mixes in the cold months, both for digestion and for centering energy when the body feels scattered.
Add it to lentils, soups, or grains; it’s a practical way to keep your meals satisfying but digestible.
