Sweet Masala

Sweet Masala is different from the blends most people know. It’s floral, round, and a little indulgent. Coriander, fennel, cinnamon, and cardamom outline the flavor, but it’s the rose petals and vanilla that give it a lift, a fragrance that feels almost like winter baking in itself.

This Ayurvedic baking spice blend is versatile enough for cookies, oatmeal, or smoothies, where it supports the digestion of sugars and starches while adding unmistakable depth.

Sweet masala isn’t sugary on its own. Instead, it’s warming and layered, ideal for moments you want both comfort and balance.

What lingers after is softness. It is the kind that turns sweets into something easier to digest, and maybe even a little more refined.

  • Adds depth to cakes, muffins, cookies, and smoothies.
  • Helps digestion of sugars and starches naturally.
  • Blends rose, cinnamon, and cardamom into a warming yet gentle flavor.
